Cultivating clarity and connection in complex times

through regenerative leadership research and practice

Purpose

My work begins with a simple premise: that how we see, think, and act shapes everything we create - and what we create shapes us in return.

The work itself is rooted in a commitment to creating conditions for all life to thrive, and lives at the intersection of inner development and systems change - because transformation at any scale begins with developing capacity within the people leading it.

I'm a Ph.D. scholar, advisor, and entrepreneur drawing on nearly two decades across education, consulting, and sustainability - including co-founding and leading PwC Thailand's Sustainability & Climate Change practice and advising CEOs and Boards across Southeast Asia. In my present roles, I work to cultivate inner capacities, cultural practices and living systems - ecologies of mind, culture and place that inform and regenerate one another.

Through III Muses, I provide research-grounded coaching, training and advisory to leaders navigating complexity - fostering ways of seeing, thinking and acting that create conditions for life to thrive. Through The Regenerative Mindâ„¢, I share insights grounded in evidence, tested through both my academic research at Mahidol University and practical experience.

Et in Arcadia and LOKAL are collaborative ventures: the first explores what regeneration looks like in daily practice - through food, culture, land stewardship, and inhabiting place - while the second bridges inner and outer through immersive experiences where people encounter regenerative principles as embodied reality.

Petals of the Champaka is my and my family's intergenerational work on food, memory, and cultural inheritance, demonstrating how knowledge and care can move across time.
